Site Develoment

Because the property was part of a natural watershed, careful attention was paid to minimizing disturbance on the site. As much of the natural vegetation as possible was retained. No grass was planted and drought-resistant wildflowers were used in high erosion areas. Even the driveway was constructed to minimize tree removal and site disturbance.
