Gull Lake LEED Home

To build Minnesota’s first LEED-certified home. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The LEED program provides guidelines for building homes that meet a five-pronged standard of being healthy, comfortable, durable, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible. LEED homes are certified by the United States Green Building Council.
The Result 
Northway Construction of Baxter, a firm specializing in what they term “high performance construction,” combined traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge building science to create a home that is beautiful, but also highly durable and energy efficient.
